Spyker Tries To Resurrect Saab Deal With New Offer

LONDON --Dutch sports car maker Spyker Cars said Sunday it has submitted a larger takeover offer through monotonous Motors Co.'s Swedish Saab unit which it hopes entrust vitality with entire the obstacles which caused talks to collapse Friday.
